My name is Elizabeth McBride. I have been working as a nurse since 2010 and practitioner since 2018. As a Terre Haute native, I am passionate about serving the community that has raised me and in which my husband and I are raising our six children. Since starting practice, it has always been very important to me to deliver the quality of care I want for myself and my loved ones. Unfortunately, patient volumes have skyrocketed and large health systems prioritize patient turnover rather than quality of care. When you're sick or have another acute concern, you rarely have any choice in which provider you see. Difficulty obtaining an appointment, hours spent waiting once there, and limited time with provider leave patients feeling unheard and uncertain. Health promotion is neglected and medicine is overutilized. Disease is maintained rather than improved or eradicated. As a provider, I've been told, "You're looking too deeply into it.", "Just get in and get out.", "You spend too much time with the patient." All the while, I am hearing the opposite from patients who want more time with their provider and more answers. I realized that with the current model, there isn't time to dig in and provide the type of care patients are expecting from the healthcare system. At Vitality Refined, we stepped away from the traditional insurance driven system to deliver the care I believe in and that patients have been searching for.

New Patient Visit
with Initial Lab Review- $360
At your new patient visit, we will get to know each other, discuss your health goals, review your health history, and work together to formulate an initial plan for managing your care. If we determine labwork would be useful, a thorough review of the findings, when received, and any updates to treatment plan are included with this new patient visit.
Follow-up - $200
Follow up gives us the opportunity to discuss findings from any testing or interventions we have initiated. We will discuss any concerns you may have, continue to discuss health goals, and update your course.
Illness/Injury - $180*
*if wound closure required, $200
Whether you are established with our practice or not, we are happy to help you through acute illness or injury.
DOT physical - $180
If you are not a current patient, make sure to bring supportive documents to expedite certification.
Sports Physical - $80
We are excited to offer InBody composition analysis. InBody provides affordable, convenient, and highly precise body composition analysis with ultra-accurate results. It allows for deeper health insights, tailored fitness approaches, and better outcomes for all. InBody is included with our new patient and follow-up visits but can be performed a la carte as well.
Initial InBody Scan - $40
An InBody composition scan provides a comprehensive analysis of your body’s muscle, fat, and water levels, giving you clear insights to support personalized health and wellness goals
Repeat InBody Scan - $25
Continued InBody scans allow us to track your progress over time, ensuring your personalized health plan is on the right path to achieving optimal results
InBody Subscription -$120/yr
With an InBody subscription, you can come back and repeat InBody scans as often as you like. Most people prefer every 4-6 weeks, but you can decide what frequency best matches your health goals.
Pre-operative clearance - $240
HSA/FSA accepted. Payment is due in full at time of service. Our office does not submit insurance claims . Superbill forms are available upon request for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
